We had to move our family nights to Tuesday because of a conflict on Monday nights. It has been nice to gather together and this time we went to Candy Cane Lane in Poway and walked the streets and enjoyed the lights. We then drove through Christmas Card Lane in Rancho Penasquitos. Until you get there you forget why it is so much fun to see all the different houses lit up with so many colorful lights.
Some of the homes must take days to string all those lights.
Our family can quote almost all of Calvin and Hobbes so when we see it up at Christmas card lane we get all excited...and of course Santa praying over baby Jesus is a favorite.
We couldn't end this blog post without a little kissing under the mistletoe from the new lovers.
